Hospital that Performed "Ashley Treatment" Violated Law by Not Having Court Order

Today's Press Release from Disability Rights Washington. This hospital has performed all of Kellen's surgeries over the last 16 years and we've had great experiences there. However, I feel their ethics committee made a huge mistake in allowing this treatment to take place. What do you think?
